After two weeks of box office domination, Top Gun: Maverick will slide into second this week as the latest from the Jurassic Park franchise arrives in North American in imposing fashion, making its debut in 4,676 theaters, placing it third on the all time widest-opening list, just behind Maverick and 2019’s The Lion King. Needless to say, as we approach the official start of Summer, 2022, it’s looking once again to be a fun time for movie-goers.
